The Government has recently introduced all of the measure envisaged in the News page including

• Market salaries,
• Abolition of regional concessions,
• Trade tests for certain prescribed occupations from prescribed countries,
• Shifting the health obligation to employees,
• Training benchmarks and
• a mechanism to allow visa holders to move more freely within the labour market (less security for employing sponsors).

With all of these changes (and the early stages of the policy application) it is not workable to include a one size fits all explanation of all of these changes and the way they will effect employers and employees.
